COVID-19 Policies & Procedures

We have many new policies and procedures in place to keep our guests and team healthy and safe.

Health: If you have a cough, fever, shortness of breath, or any other symptoms that could spread a contagious illness, or if you have been around someone with these symptoms, we ask that you reschedule. Fees for cancellations due to contagious illness will be waived during this time.

Masks: It is required that you wear a mask or face covering to enter our building, and your mask must be worn during your entire visit. If you do not have a mask, please let us know before you enter the building, and we will set a disposable mask outside for you. There is a $1 fee for a disposable mask.*

Text When You Arrive: We ask that you remain in your vehicle once you arrive. Please text or call 419-427-2420 once you are parked to let us know that you have arrived. Once your service provider is ready for you, we will text or call you to let you know that you can enter the building.

Come Alone: Family and friends should not come with you to your appointment. If you have multiple children who have appointments back-to-back, only one child should come in at a time.

Contactless Payment: We are now requiring a credit card to be on file in our secure system so we can do contactless payments. We will call you sometime before your appointment date to get that information.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If less than 24 hours is given, 50% of the service charge will be charged to the card on file. If a guest fails to show for their appointment and hasn’t canceled or rescheduled, 100% of the service charge will be charged to the card on file. The charge is non-refundable and cannot be applied toward future purchases. We do understand that emergency situations arise, people get sick, etc. and we will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions with compassion and understanding.

*Masks may be removed during the face down portion of a massage, and for the entire service when you are receiving a facial. Masks may also be removed while you are in a Halotherapy session.
